The second edition of UsuMarket consolidates economic growth in the east with 18 technically strengthened ventures

The Rafael Meza Ayau Foundation (FRMA), in alliance with AGRISAL through its brand Plaza Mundo, held the second edition of UsuMarket, a fair of entrepreneurs that consolidates the Economic Growth component of the High Impact Project Usulután and reaffirms the commitment to strengthening the eastern part of the country.

On March 14 and 15, at Plaza Mundo Usulután, 18 local entrepreneurs exhibited and marketed their products in a crowded space. As part of the joint effort to expand their positioning and sales opportunities, thus strengthening their commercial reach.

100% of the participants have been beneficiaries of training and business strengthening processes developed in the territory. These processes have included financial education and the development of key skills for the sustainable management of their businesses, such as budget control, costing, strategic pricing and cash flow management.

The fair brought together businesses organized into seven strategic categories: handmade knitting and crochet, jewelry and costume jewelry, perfumery and aromas, natural personal care, fashion and accessories, handicrafts and decoration, and gifts and miscellaneous products. Seventy-eight percent of the participating enterprises are led by women, reflecting a significant female leadership in local economic dynamization.
